The long rumor of Sam Hornish Jr leaving Indy Cars became a reality as he is heading to Nascar to drive the number 77 Dodge for Penske Motorsports. Mobil1 will be his sponsor on the car as this is just another name in the long line of Indy Stars that are leaving for Nascar.

It seems many drivers are getting tired of Indy cars and moving to Nascar for more money and more opportunities. Hornish Jr is a very capable driver and should do well in Nascar and being with Penske can only help him.
